Poi Practice. This weekend was spent practicing poi and staff on the beach. We have a show on the beach and I know how much harder it is to perform on soft sand so I need to get my strength up. Fire shows on the Gold Coast and the Northern Rivers, things are getting busy I love performing so hope you catch one of the shows.
