Energy Entertainments are offering Poi workshops for schools and after school clubs around the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers. Active Kids are happy kids and we believe in enjoyment while learning. Poi will use various parts of the brain to understand movements used with both hands and to co-ordinate balance, strength and body positioning. There are also staff and kung fu workshops on offer which are all fun and active.
